hathycolOh, buggar. Just gone into the 'bathroom cabinet' which is in fact a plastic container in the spare room to put away some new toothpaste, and whilst there thought might as well grab out new Pill packs for next week, as due to start taking them again on Saturday as on the week off and period is nigh.
Six months worth have gone walkabouts. Not anywhere in the 'cabinet', or the one that we keep other stuff in next to it, or anywhere in the vicinity (to be fair, the spare room is a pit of despair at the moment), or in the bedroom, or anywhere. At all.
Six months.
Am going to phone up the doctor tomorrow and beg for a Friday appointment, earlier rather than later so I can actually get to bloody Edinburgh. And I need to book a smear test, as am 25 next month and NHS England has worked out that the time is nigh so basically I am all about the gynacology. And change my name. (Look, I was putting all this off until Friday as it was, but I thought I had all day for it.) And at actual appointment, will have to flail around a bit and explain exactly where six months of the Pill have gone, and I will have to respond 'into the pit of despair that is our spare room, yes, an attic would be nice'.
Oh, joy. Thank God for free NHS contraception, though.
