No, I really am going to write a proper update soon, but I have an IMPORTANT QUESTION that NEEDS ANSWERING.

It is my mother's birthday on, er, Monday? So I have purchased a card. But Simon is here and as such he will also be expected to remember such important occasions as he is One Of The Family now, or so I would assume. Does he sign the same card as me? Married couples, how do you go about it? Do you sign the same card when giving it to parental units? Need to know by tomorrow so I don't miss the post.

HELP!

[eta: card is done and dusted and signed from us both as we have distinctive handwriting - thanks all for advice, though! And yes, this is very silly but my mother is a FREAK about stuff like this and this is still all new and I'd like to do it right so I get some money towards the wedding. She holds grudges from when I was about 9 and someone didn't invite me to their birthday "even though you invited her to yours!" Odd lady]
