DocSoc is tonight! It's my first ever joint event, which is a bit scary. Rather, fortunately, it's with PirateSoc and basically the two committees tend to live in societies that the other lot run. This will make social cohersian a little easier than The Archeology Society Incident but still. I rather hope the awesomeness of The Pirate Planet will make up for it. Could do with a low turn-out, though; the food bill is currently crippling up, but judging by the enthusiastic response of a lot of people (well, eight, but that's in just over twenty-four hours) to the LaserQuest e-mail then I think we might be in trouble.

Still no internet. Some of my educational stuff is turning up - well, DVDs, but it's better than being a slave of Short Loan - but the internet still has not. We're phoning up tomorrow if it carries on, because it's been nearly three weeks now. ARGH.

Erm, I have nothing else useful to say. To be honest, I'm just procrastinating from going in the stacks jungle. I am massively behind on all my work, but I'm having trouble caring anymore. At Week 3, this is perhaps not wise.
