Right, so I just checked my flist being entirely confused about why the hell the rest of the world had seen an episode of Torchwood that I hadn't. Did I hallucinate Adam? Have I lost an entire week of my life? Is it in fact next Thursday?

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

I mean, seriously, I was genuinely questioning my sanity and the contents of my cold relief capsules.

After a bit of puzzling around I find out that BBC3 showed the next episode immediately afterwards. Whilst this means I haven't lost a week of my life or indeed my sanity, THAT IS NOT ON. I don't have a digibox. Well, I do, but it doesn't work which makes me wary of buying a new one in case it's just our house. Is this a permanent thing? I felt so proud of myself being all caught up with TV for the first time in ages. My internet is spotty at best so downloading is difficult; I'd have to wait a week. It's bad enough waiting twenty-four hours for the next Hollyoaks, ferchrissakes.

Help me out, O Wise Flist.

(Valentine's Day post coming when I actually celebate the buggar, which will be starting as soon as I finish class today. Right now I'm still at the "OH GOD I'VE LOST A WEEK OF MY LIFE" panic station.)

Now, you'd think I would have thought of that, but no. *facepalm*

Unfortunately, it turns out the iPlayer hates me and my fickle wirelss connection. I keep on getting the BBC identy but nowt else. Curses! Thanks for the suggestion, though.

If your internet's reliable enough for streaming, you could watch it on BBC iPlayer. They have both this week's episodes up.

alternatively, just get the iplayer and set it to dl every night. It'll save your place. It's pretty nifty.

Torrents scare the living daylights out of me. Someone once tried to explain it to me in a helpful diagram involving a squid, the Berlin Wall and a TARDIS which makes me laugh at the memory but alas, still no joy.
