Apr. 3rd, 2008 06:15 pmEverywhere hurts, I could really do with just going to get plastered tonight, but rather typically everyone who responded to say that they were free in my general area are all busy tonight and therefore I will spend yet another quiet night doing nothing but becoming increasingly claustrophobic. I imagine I will probably see Simon, but this leads to rather problematic diplomatic issues re: respective families (OH THE HORROR) and doing nothing and DYING OF BOREDOM. Look out world, Colleen go 'splode. You see? This is why I STAY AT UNIVERSITY in a place where I CAN GO WALKING WITHOUT FEAR OF BUMPING INTO PEOPLE I DO NOT WANT TO.
I would like to thank everyone for their offers of mind-altering drugs. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it and love you guys.
To make matters worse, I'm behind on my Hollyoaks viewings. Those who knows me at 6.30pm on a weekday know the visceral horror behind this statement. I have no idea what's happened to Elliot and he's my favourite character!
And now I have to leave the room again as mum has come home, and will wish to smoke and tell me all about her friends latest crisis, which, without meaning to sound uncaring, are people I neithe rknow nor care about and I am a bit fed up of pretending.
I am even ahead of my academic work. This is how bad it's getting.
(pee ess, watching Life on Mars with my Dad is educational. Not only does he recognise the filming locations - Wigan mostly, "not been done up since the 70s, that why it looks proper Northern" - but he also tells me proudly that was what he used to drink.)

Date: 2008-04-04 11:41 am (UTC)I don't get independence for another year. ON THE PLUS SIDE I will hopefully soon have an exciting job that doesn't involve leaving St Andrews over the summer, as I have the house for most of it...
