Eurovision was AMAZING.
moralrelativist kindly booked the Nisbet Room for us and we had what can cheerfully be called A Ball. Apart from my new sheos giving me blisters, shhhh.
Anyway, Eurovision wasn't quite as camp as it should have been, but luckily Greece and the Ukraine decided to up the ante, and Germany had random Dita Von Teese, which led to us all screaming at the telly "PAN RIGHT! PAN RIGHT! WHY DOES THAT MAN HAVE HIS NIPPLES ON SHOW AND SHE DOESN'T?" Albania scared the living daylights out of us as a room, and we all learnt the Russian word for caviar. Ikra, for those interested.
I was also particularly amused by Russia's highly 'hilarious' sketches involving police brutality. Am slightly afraid I can't comment on them too much due to LJ's Rusian owners. Don't delete me, yo, I thought it was a very good show all around, honestly! Cosomnauts for the win. Etc. Ahem.
Exams are hurtling towards me at more or less the speed of sound and I am beginning to Panic in a slow and steady way, like a glacier; heartburn is wheeling around a-plenty, and I'm fed up of having to tramp out to the library when it's raining as badly as it is. We're looking at gales and massive rainstorms at the moment, you wouldn't know it was May and we were apparently going to have a beautiful summer. I have the best part of an enitre semester to get through in, um, three days. Argh.

I was glad Norway won! Sweden scared me, but I still liked it.....
