I an hour and a half, I have to go and take a maths exam. I have skimmed algebra, my worst topic, in preparation, and out of the entire book, I have two pages of notes, as compared to biology's 37 pages.

And yet, I'm not nervous. Just in a breezy "I'm going to die!" sort of mood, but I really don't care anymore, not about maths.

If I pass, I pass. If I fail, I fail. Simple.

One small teeny thing I'm worried about... circle theorem. Is it on Intermediate? Because dayum, I hope not. I've ignored it in my revision guide (I'm too cheap to buy an Intermediate one!) but...

Ah well. Will NOT panic. Too late to panic!

Real source of worry- history revision after maths exam! If it's Mr Grimes, I will break down and cry. And I MEAN that. French, Maths and Grimsey in the same day has to be a breach of the Geneva Convention, or something...

Anyway. I'll go and put my uniform back on (why can't I wear my own clothes? NOT FAIR!) and leave the house of exams- icky.

Firstly, hi to playfullemming who is nepygills sister. I have the whole set now! *cackles*

Anyway- maths. Various other LJ users have already bitched and griped about the higher, and I certainly won't gloat and say how VERY easy the Intermediate paper was, and that I think I may have actually scraped a B as opposed to expected C. *touches wood, bows to moon etc* I realise that I am the jammiest cow in the world, and that it could have quite easily gone the other way, and I am actually going to revise for the next one. I feel I have learnt A Lesson.

I have also done much work today. Whole chemistry chapter AND I even went to history revision. With Mr Grimes. Who is a bastard. With with Stuart, who is also a smart-arse bastard. "Who were the'German Speakers?'" "People who spoke German?" *cue Beavis and Butthead laughter from Stuart and Stuart alone* Argle.

Anyway, I will be calm now, and I will go and read soothing slash fic, drink tea, and eat chocolate. Woohoo!

They've failed the task in the Big Brother house.

LOSERS!

The task, for those that care, was to pass the Cub Scout membership type thing. It's designed for seven year olds, and I would like to officially bitch and moan that I would have done better. Knots are NOT that hard. Saying a few words is NOT that hard.

However, the putting up of a tent is a fairly txing exercise. I know this because we use the same type of tent every year, and I sat there and watching them put it up, while critcising them. "GUY LINES ARE DONE IN THIRDS, EEJIT!" "That tent'll walk, you mark my words. And WHERE is the flysheet?" But the Icelandic tent is a veyr hard make to put up...

When you have three inexperienced, 10 year old Guides who don't know what they're doing and a Ranger who's 5"4. (That'd be me). With ELEVEN FULLY GROWN ADULTS it should have been EASY. And Big Brother passed them on the tent section, but it wouldn't pass inspection with Maureen! Oh NO!

Well, nepygill playfullemming and possibly hannahbassill should know what I mean when I go on a Guide camp based rant....
