Still aten't dead.

Have been surprisingly busy the last few days. I managed to get roaringly drunk on Saturday with the usual suspects of DocSoc fame and scared the crap out of the new housemate. Have I mentioned her? She is great. Today she cleaned the fridge out. The fridge. susie22, you have some high expectations to live up to.

Erm, yes. Sunday was primarily a hangover, and today I have been doing New Things. I started my new job this morning, and they seem to be easing me into both gently and with alarming speed. Whilst I have yet to be taught how to use the till, I have also single-handedly done the restocking. This may be because they wanted to keep me in the stockroom all day, which is in the basement.

Er, yes.

Also today I went to dissertation meeting. Supervisor does not hate me. Hurrah! We had a chat in which he warned me to do my reading. This is a fair piece of criticism, as at this point I had confessed that I hadn't done any reading yet.

Sorry. I am shattered, am apprently working for eight hours tomorrow and have spent far too much of today being very, very nice. I can't keep it up for this long. Sorry.

Ooh er, fridge cleaning, eh? Well, I did clean out my room when I left it but I'm not renowned for my tidiness. In my defence though I have been deprived of storage space for the past few years.

Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear oh dear. I think you're all going to be very disappointed. What's this girl's name? Something needs to be done, she's going to make me look very bad indeed.

Glad you're enjoying work, does this mean you get a discount? If I try really hard to be tidy when I come to live with you can I use it?
